Hi there,

if I developed an application which had a pint with no brand would that be violating any of the iPint's or iBeers copyright laws?
I heard there was an infringement with iPint where iBeer sued them.

Also -

I am just looking around, how do you get to make a picture like move up on the actual screen?
Like slide up at the start and then things can be added using SDK.

if you draw all the pictures yourself and you don't have any company names in your app I can't see the harm.

I don't understand your second question though. you can move views around wie the animation methods of UIView, is that what you mean?
