Hello,

I am a filmmaker and I am looking for the best and highest capacity external hard-drive for the lowest price(under $200).

Both hard-drives on my quicksilver are full and I have no backup.

I will be storing DV footage as well as backup files, and anything else that finds it's way on to it.

I have been saving for a while, and money is very tight, I need something that will be very reliable and hold as much as possible.

thanks!

I like Lacie, but they are kind of pricey.

Try checking out a Western Digital External Drive, they make both Firewire and USB 2.0 drives. You can usually find them at a good price Buy.com or Newegg. I have had extremely good luck with their drives.
