Double jailbreak whala!

Hey,
I originally jailbroke my iPhone and all was well.
After a while, I unlocked it and this seems to have had a strange effect.
While the phone still has the Installer, Cydia and Winterboard apps, the Winterboard settings seem to have no effect.
Also the live weather does not work anymore.

Is there a way to get it to behave?

Go into Cydia and make sure MobileSubstrate is installed.

It was already installed.
I've re-installed it to no effect.

Check out the 1st reply? If it's still not that, did you download all your themes again?

Yeah, I re-installed MobileSubstrate.
Which themes? I never downloaded any themes in the first place.

Do a restore in iTunes. It is really simple.

Then re-jailbreak. And install all your previous crap.
