Adobe CS4 Design Premium - Back up or Reinstall?

I am selling my MacBook Pro and have the education version of Adobe CS4 Design Premium and was wondering if It is better to back it up using Time Machine or Uninstall and Reload on my Mac Pro? I heard there are issues in backing up and reinstalling using time machine with getting it re-activated.

You need to unactivate it on the machine you are selling (otherwise this will keep counting as one of your activations even if you trash the software) and re-install on your new machine.
