Here's my situation: I just bought a new PB, and I'm getting rid of my eMac which was running Jaguar. I want to wipe out the data on the eMac drive. I assume a reinstall of Jaguar is not enough, right? I'd rather not buy some $30 software for a one-time use. Anyone know of cheap or free software that will do it?

Duff-man says...no 3rd party software needed. Just boot from your OS X CD, launch Disk Utility, and in the format "options" choose the "zero all data" choice......oh yeah!
