iTunes 4.5 doesn't download

Greetings!
Can someone help? When I try to install iTunes 4.5 I get the message:
"iTunes 4.5 failed to mount due to error 95. (no mountable file systems)"
iTunes 4.2 is working fine on my O.S (Jaguar).

I'm still working on the problem but it's nice to know I'm not alone with this.
