iOS Signing Up For Standard Program Membership: How Long Does It Take?

just as the thread title asks, i'd like to know how long it takes to be able to start testing my work on an actual device after i sign up for the program.
 
It really just depends on their backlog. Mine took about 3 hours.... some people have had it take a few weeks.
