yes pop the mac osx cd in. restart your computer. while your computer is starting up hold down the option button. you will see your mac hard drive. but wait till your osx cd boots up and click the osx cd and just reisntall osx 1st. but if that doesnt work just wipe it. but also try and repair the permissions.
