You spend exactly 129$ for the latest version of OS X.

Or if you can prove, that you bought the computer, Apple will send you replacement disks for it, for a little fee of 10-20$ (USD).
If you had Mac OS 10.3, you get 10.3 and so on.

There is also eBay.

And some strange rules here forbid the talk about pirating. https://macrumors.zendesk.com/hc/en-us#Things_Not_to_Do

And if you have to ask where to find free software, then you can't research properly.

Just give Apple a ring! You'll probably have to provide a serial #. And pirated versions almost always have a trojan or two.

Call to Apple and ask what to do. I think they'll send you replacement disks for that 20$ if you tell them your situation.

Pirating is not allowed so I can't give you any links for direct download

BTW is it forbidden to tell someone how to find good torrents?

Seems so:

Do not post software serial numbers or keys or refer people to specific websites, software, or techniques whose purpose is to break or bypass software licensing methods, distribute cracks, or obtain or use commercial software or media in violation of its license and/or for copyright violation.

Stop acting like 11 years old kid. You can use your own brains and hands to find it. Google it or look from Apple's site. Here is a direct link
