Problems Updating/Downloading Apps over the air

Yesterday i tried to update a few of my apps and i got these errors that popped up onto my iPhone. has anyone else had this problem when updating?

you probably were logged into a different/no itunes account the last time you synced. Sync again while logged into your itunes account.
