small printouts from iPhoto

When printing full size A4 (or any size) printouts of photo's from iPhoto or Photoshop Elements they printout at a 1/4 of the size. Printing from appleworks is fine.

It doesn't matter what resolution they are.

Printing form classic mode with Photoshop Elements is OK.

I've tried with various printers 740 / RX500 etc.

Using iBook G4 10.3
