trying to reinstall app but says I will be charged again(on mac)
I want to reinstall Crash bandicoot but on my iphone it's telling me to reinstall from my mac(I have 3.0) so I try it on my mac and it's telling me it will charge me for it. This is a new mac and i had deleted it off my old mac, surely my itunes account should new i had the game before???
edit, it's showing up on my purchase history??

It says that, but it's lying. It really isn't going to charge you.
EDIT: My apologies, I thought you were trying to download it on your computer. It WILL charge you again. Re-download it in iTunes on your computer for free. Last edited by The General; Jun 5, 2009 at 02:38 PM. |

They seem to have implemented a new system to break some of the ability for people to illegally share things.
These messages say that you have to either download the App on your computer or re-buy it on the phone. Just download it on your computer and will work fine. Story Here

Try seeing if you can write a review for it on you mac. If you can, then the computer knows you own it and you shouldn't be charged. If you can't write a review, then the computer thinks you don't own it and you will be charged.
