and if so, anyone know the rate?

My 2.16ghz 15" MBP has been acting up for a while now, and its out of warranty. It used to be that if I had to restart my MBP or turn it off and then on again, it wouldn't do it. Instead, I could hear the fans going, but the screen would be blank and not boot. Now its doing it when I put it to sleep and try to wake it.

I'm sure its a logic board issue, but want to be sure and want Apple to look at it and tell me what the problem is.

I only had to deal with Applecare once and it was a pleasant experience, so I hope this goes well.

If you are near an Apple Store, just make an appointment to meet with a Genius and have them take a look at it.
That doesn't cost anything.

For some reason, I thought I read that someone got charged for Apple to diagnose the issue (similar to mine).

Seemed odd to me so I thought I would ask first before making the appointment.

Hopefully I can start the laptop one more time to get my data backed up on it before I take it in :(
