I have a 350Mhz G4 tower with a measly 128MB of PC 100 RAM that I need to upgrade, but PC100 RAM is now expensive and not typically not stocked. Can I use PC133 RAM? Can I mix PC100 RAM with PC133 RAM? Is there a performance difference? Thanks.

No, you won't see a performance difference between PC 100 and PC 133, but you will see a huge performance increase on the Mac after adding the RAM!
