Where are Push Notification preferences in the 3.0 GM build?

I'm on AT&T in the US and I can't find any preferences for Push Notifications in the Settings.

What am I missing? Are they somehow hiding them until the 17th?

Exactly.

Even though the test period was over and I had removed the AP app, I still had the Notification settings in beta 5. It's gone now with the GM though.
 
Ah, makes sense.

It'll be interesting to see if Apple allows apps with push notifications out the door before the 17th, or if that will be a big update day for many apps
