Safari 4 - do your tabs compress and can you see them all?

On safari if you open a lot of tabs they use to all compress so you can see all your tabs. Can anyone confirm on safari 4 that you can't do this anymore?

If you open a collection of say 19 tabs, you can't see them all at the same time.

You can open 11 before it begins a list on the right hand side which can be viewed by clicking the arrow.

Thanks but i don't want to have to click an arrow - is there a way to make all the tabs compress like it did before?

EDIT: in other words, i want to open 19 tabs before i have to click the arrow to view the rest. I'm sure you could do this with the beta of Safari 4...... Is it my computer or any comments?

I just realized that if you have your Safari window spread out across your whole screen you can open more than 11. I just opened 16 with it covering my whole screen.
