Macbook just spits

Every time I put in my Maxell DVD+R blank DVD it just spits it back out? I mean what else can I say? I tired a Sony brand also. Thanks

What kind of Macbook are we dealing with?

If you have Windows installed, I'd try it under that as well.

I've had a few too many discs get rejected regardless of the OS though.

Yes, I have Windows and I have a Macbook Late 08 white model

Does it accept the disc in windows?
