Cant watch videorecorder3g video.

I just got videorecorder3g for my iphone 3g but when i send the video to myself, I cant watch it on my phone or on my cpu. It says on my PC, that quicktime couldnt open the .mp4 file because it is not a file that quicktime can read.

Any help?
