is 2G iphone 3.0 ready for unlock yet?

I want to sell my iphone and i no the new 3.0 and unlocked phone will make it sell for more. Is it ready/can be unlocked now?
 
thought I'd bump this thread up to see if anyone knows? I've seen the Dev Team's blog post about the 3G but I and many others are wondering about 3.0 and the original 2G iPhone.

does anyone know anything?

The new QuickPWN will be released tomorrow. This will unlock the 2G iPhone. Or you can use Bootneuter.
