Need help ASAP Lost all Contacts and Calendars afte sync with iPod Touch in iTunes

Hey Guys,

I need some help. My Dad decided to sync all his contacts and calendar events with his new iPod Touch. Now all the contracts and calendar events are on his iPod Touch but have disappeared from his Mac Pro.

Is there a way I can restore all that information back to his mac?
