iPod Will a Nano 4th gen be able to play hd video?

I was looking at the prices compared to how much storage it took up and I would be willing to pay more for hd if it's avaliable to watch on my nano. So firstly:

Can it be done?

Is there much difference in picture and sound quality?

It's only a 2 inch screen and has a resolution of 320x240. The screen won't handle HD. Even if it did, I seriously doubt you would notice any difference due to the size of the screen.
 
cool, I figured that the hd is probably for the higher end macs and apple tv. I kinda knew if it did work there wouldn't be much difference. I hold my head high though because I've got a Top Gear episode on it and it looks AMAZING!
