Everything is running pretty slow, especially internet, including windows explorer, firefox, and safari. I know my internet connection is very fast, I can download at around 1mb/s. Also, opening programs etc seems to be very slow, and even when I type this message, the computer is not keeping up with me. I already have the 512 mb installed, I dont know what to do

this usuually cleans up most speed problems. if not a reboot might do it as well.
repair permissions
open terminal..run the cron jobs by writing
sudo periodic daily
sudo periodic weekly
sudo periodic monthly
