Who's still rocking with their PowerBook?

Not trying to one-up (or is it one-down in this case?) the other thread, but just curious, who's still hanging in there with their PowerBooks? I'm still using my 12" 1.5GHz G4 as my main driver on the road, and still love every bit of it Kinda disappointed about Snow Leopard being Intel-only, but hey, that doesn't mean that Leopard will suddenly run any less amazingly than it does now!

So, a salute to the PowerBook: The King of notebooks for 15 years! Apple may say R.I.P. PowerBook 1991-2006, but we know they still have plenty of life left in 'em

I had a 12" 1.5ghz until about 7mo ago and sold it to my brother in law. He is still rocking it and has the biggest grin of any 15 year old.

I've had my 12'' 1.33Ghz Powerbook since July 2004. Have only had to replace the harddrive. Still going strong, although I mainly use it to surf the web, itunes, and word.

However, I just placed an order for a 13'' 2.53ghz, 128gb ssd.

good times.

12" 1.33ghz

i still have my 12" 1.33 ghz, 1.25 gb RAM powerbook from 5/2004 and just replaced its hard drive last weekend as the original showed SMART failure. it's my daily computer for browsing and some light document work. i've got a self-made core2 windows desktop for games and anything that's taxing on the powerbook. i just hope i can hold out longer until later this year or next when the next intel cpu architecture, Nehalem/Arrandale, is available in an apple portable.

I still have my Powerbook g4 running at 867 MHZ running tiger.

Use this for general web browsing and emails. I did do some upgrades after i got it, more memory and a bigger hard disk - faster one too replaced the stock standard 4200rpm with a 5400rpm
