I've seen countless threads on several message boards with people freaking out because they have upgraded to 3.0 and lost their jailbreak/unlock and cannot downgrade. QuickPWN is supposed to release an update for 3.0 tomorrow sometime. Until then be patient and wait. If you have already upgraded I've heard you cannot downgrade so you will have to wait until tomorrow anyway. Just a heads up.
