Can someone please post a step by step on how to JB from OS 3.0, iPhone 3G?

I did a clean install of OS 3.0 yesterday and now I want to JB. I JB before with 2.2.1 so I have QuickPwn installed on my Mac. What are the steps to JB now? I remember that I had to install a USB driver from Apple Dev and then put the phone into DFU and then run QuickPwn. Do I have to do all those steps again or do I just download this file and Option-click "check for update" in iTunes? Thanks in advance. 🙂

BTW, I am running iTunes 8.2 on a Mac

I have Apple tethering feature turned on and playing nicely with Visual VoiceMail. Will JB kill it?
