How do I download videos from my 3GS to my Macbook?

Image capture and iPhoto 09 don't seem to show my videos. What am I doing wrong?

Check in iTunes what are your sync settings for the iPhone, there might be a video section where you define how to sync with your Mac?

Mine are showing up in iPhoto. Just like photos except the videos are there also.

Mine show up in iPhoto (08) but they won't play unless I right click and select 'show photo'.

They also don't sync back to my iPhone.

Have Apple missed something this obvious or is it a flaw?
