apple remote not working with os 3.0 ?

I tried remote to control my imacs itunes this morning and it just crashes out. I went to the reviews page and others are reporting the same thing.

This is a flag ship APPLE DEVELOPED app and really should work.

I love this app though-it's essential for my weekends!!
 
I rebooted my iphone and it still didn't work.

Then I deleted it from the iphone and re downloaded it.

It works now.

Maybe this is the solution for some apps which some people are reporting problems with?
