Today while I was at work. My Iphone 3g was working fine. Then I went to get dinner and came back and my screen was white. Would not work wtf! I called Apple talked to a very nice lady and she is replacing my phone. It will be here monday. Thank you Apple for your amazing service!

Same thing is happening to me. My phones reception is going haywire. So they are overnighting a new one and the tracking number says it will be here monday moring as well. Can't beat that.

How do you send the other one back to them? before or after they replace it?

I had to give a credit card number for a money trade of 500. When i receive the new phone I send the old one back in the same box. When they get the phone i get refunded so No loss either way WOOO!
