How do i save video mms on iphone 3g

The videos that i can receive by mms i would like to save without having to keep them in the messages app
 
my misses sent me one and i can play it in messages app but not do anything else,
im on o2 in uk and mms works for us
 
I can't find a way to save it to your camera/photo library, but you can hit "edit" check mark the video and forward it to your email...
 
Figured It Out!

Hi, you go to the text message and next to the video there is a little blue arrow. When you get to the video screen, you press the bottom left button (the share button) and press Save Video. Enjoy!
