I'm on Leopard 10.5.7, and I want to burn these songs onto a CD.

But, here's the catch, I don't want to import them into iTunes.

Is there a way (Without downloading programs) that I can burn playable songs onto a CD? Can I just copy them over?

Depends. You can copy over the files to the CD< then they'll be playable on any device that can read mp3/AAC files but maybe not all regular CD players.

In order to create an audio CD you'll need iTunes.

Ah, okay thanks. I'm trying to just play them on my shelf system.

I'll see if I can just copy it over.
