I have a broadband connection with Freeserve/Wanadoo in the UK, and I pay 27.99 (UK£) per month for the package, with no limit on the amount of data through my connection (upload/download). The ISP has just brought out a new package that's only 17.99 a month but it has a 2GB/month download limit. I have no idea whether I exceed this or not (I have a playstation connected as well as a computer).

My question is, is there any way of measuring how much data is going through my router/airport extreme basestation? Does the basestation record this kind of thing in a log file somewhere, or is there maybe a third party utility that will help?

Any ideas?
Cheers chaps (and chapesses)

My Netgear router has a utility in the setup page that lists what has gone through the router. Try looking for something similar
