New car stereo... need USB...

I'm looking to update my car stereo with something that is compatible with the iPhone. I would like something with Aux input and USB. Something with at least a 3 band EQ. The idea of Bluetooth is attractive, however all I hear are bad things about the music skipping and stuff.

Suggestions?
