I have both the original iPhone dock and dual dock (came with the bluetooth headset).
I have a 3GS now, and I've seen a few short guides on taking a Dremel to them for the new phones to fit. But to make the process less dangerous (as far as damaging critical components--such as the DOCK CONNECTOR!
) I wanted to take apart the dock.
I cannot for the life of me find ANYONE on the internet who has shown or even EXPLAINED how to take one of these things apart.
And as someone who knows how Apple tends to make things, it's probably snapped together in 300 places and you have to jump backwards through hoops to get it apart. I'd rather not break the thing.
So, does anyone care to explain how to take one of these things apart?
