MBP not receiving IP or internet from WIFI

My dad's MBP is not connecting to his office's wifi...or rather it's connecting but but receiving an IP address or an internet connection.

The strange thing is that my MBP and both our iPhones connect just fine. I know there is no MAC address filtering as I used to own this computer and it worked just fine for me at the same office.

I've tried deleting the keychain passphrase for this network (not sure if I did it correctly, but i tried...) and reentering it. No change.

Any ideas before I reinstall OSX?
