macOS How Do I Make a Plugin for iTunes?

I made an Automator app to sync my iTunes library with my server. Right now, to use this app, I use the Script menubar item. It works well enough, but it seems out of place to me.

How can I make this show up on the right-click menu in iTunes? It is easy with the Finder. You just place it at ~/Library/Workflows/Applications/Finder. I've tried adding an iTunes folder, but that doesn't work.
