Exit recovery mode without restoring?! Please HELP!

My phone is in recovery mode 🙁

AND i need help getting it out of this without having to restore it. I dont want to lose all my apps and contacts. Please and thanks for the help!

I don't think it's possible. Do you not sync to your computer regularly? iTunes backs up your phone every time you sync.

U should be able to turn it off then back on and it should be fine. Atleast it worked for me

Holding the home and power button down at the same time should take you out of recovery mode.

You can restore it and won't lose anything....Happened to me.

I know this is a two+ year old thread, but I had no idea that if you just let your phone sit in recovery mode, it would eventually revert itself back to normal. I'm in the middle of trying to jailbreak, forgot to backup before hand (silly me), and was looking for ways to get out of recovery mode. Then I noticed my phone just reset, go back to the Apple logo, and now it's back to normal. Overall probably 8 or so minutes passed.
