Xbench scores of Apple SSD TS256A

Got my 17" MBP a couple of weeks ago. Just ran xbench disk test and was truly surprised:

The test was done with a computation intensive job running (99% of one CPU, not a lot of I/O) and was reproducible. However, with no job running (fresh restart), this is what I have:

What's going on with xbench? But by all means these are not bad numbers. Maybe the Apple SSD is not that bad now.

I wouldn't complain at all. Just pleasantly surprised, and also puzzled by the performance gain when there is a job running.

Judging by the sequential speed (~120/115 MB/sec), this is neither the older generation Toshiba disk (120/70 MB/sec) nor the newer one (240/200 MB/sec). Maybe Toshiba optimized their drive for Apple? The randoms are not bad neither. The numbers seem to compare well with the OCZ Vertex/Samsung/Corsair drives.
