I have a new eMac, and I'd like to keep it on all the time. Well, my parents have a problem with that. They say it takes up too much power. I don't want it to sleep while I download stuff, because the downloading stops. Does anyone know how much power (in watts, I guess) it uses while sleeping, then how much while the screen saver runs with minimum CPU usage?

And, to give me some more info to back myself up, how does it compare to other appliances (i.e. refrigerators, lights, and I don't know, be creative 🙂 )
