macOS creating packages

i'm a complete noob to mac programming but am interested in creating a package installer for several kexts. Specifically for kexts required for hackintoshing an hp mini. I've seen others create packages that automatically install certain kexts, but i am interested in creating one that will install ALL of the kexts necessary. any how to guides or advice on where to get started will be appreciated.
