Windows XP on Macbook Pro (2008)... No drivers anywhere!

Hey, I'm installing windows xp on my mac to play tf2... it's all up on running and I've looked for hours for drivers (such as network drivers) and can't seem to find them... I pretty much only need the Ethernet/wifi drivers can anyone help?

I think the bootcamp installer provides the drivers also.

Did you follow the directions for Boot Camp and install the drivers from the Leopard DVD after you set up the partition?

As far as I know... no
They are on the installation DVD

Boot Camp Assistant has a guide/directions that walk you through this installation process, including drivers

When I left my driver disk at home, i was able to find the drivers on a torrent site. I know that not everybody likes torrent sites but it got me out of a jam. Also i've heard that windows games don't like to work on well on macs even with virtualization. Good Luck

They work fine provided they meet the hardware requirements. Obviously not much is going to work on an older Intel GPU based Mac Mini for example.. but the 8400GS in the iMac should work with plenty of games.

Booting natively through Boot Camp and running Windows in virtualization are 2 different animals. Games in Boot Camp perform well, but running them virtualized through Fusion or Parallels will always be less than optimal.

Good point. I use Fusion and sometimes forget about using bootcamp.
