Exclamation My iPhone 3G is really laggy. Anyone can help me please?

My iPhone is always very laggy when running an app or opening it. I've restored my phone 2-3 times and then sync the apps back into my phone but it didn't help. Anyone can please help me out? It's really irritating.

Mine's been the same way. Can't find a sure thing fix. Only happened since 3.0 was installed.

remove trash apps = problem solved.

3.0 runs great for me, i just dont run any apps that arent well known(been around for a while, tested etc)
