iPod how to sync list of song titles and actual song files

Hi all,

I have an album from a CD that I ripped to itunes. The problem is, the track names are all "Track 1", "Track 2", and so on. Gracenote can't identify the album. However, I have found the album online and I have a list of song names. I need to sync this list with the actual song files in itunes, or in finder, if this is possible. How can I do this?
