I went and bought one... shipping 8/02/04 🙁. At latest--I hope it comes in sooner!

I'm hoping this time Apple is overexagerrating just to cover their asses after the 3GHz fiasco. They've learned their lesson lol.

Maybe Steve will announce the ship date at WWDC? That's the BIG SURPRISE!
 
So are you asking for, or giving somebody a buying tip, advice, etc.?

Well, I'd get excited about the fact that the top-end model is liquid cooled but I'm sure there were PCs that had it first.
Nonetheless, it's pretty cool. 😀

I'm still pretty happy with my 933Mghz G4 w/ Superdrive. Don't see the need for one considering I'm not in a studio production environment.
