transfering the old iphone's back up to the new one problem !

hey peeps ,
so here is what happened, i backed up my 2g iphone in my pc which took about 14 hours, then plugged in my new iphone that was activated in the store, itunes asked me to register the phone, i did using the same account i have used for the old iphone, it automatically changed my iphone's name to the old one, but it doesnt give me any options to transfer the old back up to the new one ?
any luck ?

Right click on the iPhone icon in iTunes, should have "restore from backup" as a menu choice.
