Deleted a Game Save by mistake ..

I deleted my game save for the California Gold Rush app and I didn't want to. Is there any way to get it back?

I haven't synced my phone with my computer since I did this .. is the only way to restore my entire phone from back-up?

Yes, that would seem to be the only way.
