NAVIGON settings change help

Hi there, was wondering if anyone was able to, or knows how to change the GPS location display from degrees, minutes, seconds (DD MM ss), to degree's decimal-minutes (DD MM.mmm).

Also is there a way to manually enter a GPS fix to manually enter your own POI's?

I don't have the software but I have a Navigon hardware GPS and it doesn't let you change format at all. Also, if the software is like the hardware, if you're too far from the nearest road (like in a mall-sized parking lot) it won't let you use Save Position either.
