Possible bug or annoyance in Xcode " line jumps
I just realized that in really long files, some over 800 lines, if I open a " mark near the top of the viewing space... Xcode will scroll up to park my newly minted " near the middle. Every character typed after that will duplicate the behavior if I rescroll to look at something.
Here is an example.
top of the window is line 791. I type in @" or just " at line 804 ...
and Xcode instantly jumpes so line 756 is now at the top of the window.
The same thing happens to a lesser degree the further up the document you go.
I assumed this was an error in the file, but have verified the problem exists in other projects and classes.
It is very disorienting to have it jump around like this.
I've looked through all the Xcode->Preferences and haven't found anything related. Nor have I found anything googling various things.
Can anyone confirm this is happening to you as well? Or possibly offer up a fix

Hopefully just a preferences thing then. I will attempt a purge.
EDIT: Deleting com.apple.Xcode.plist from ~/Library/Preferences/ Did NOT resolve the problem. Though it certainly did take away the preferences for things like displaying line numbers.
