No Mac Office 2004 on Canada Apple Store

I can't seem to find Microsoft Office 2004 on the Canadian version of the Apple online store. Are they not selling it, despite the heavy promotion it had on the front page of apple.ca a few weeks ago? Or is the program not even available in Canada yet?
 
Apple never carried any Office v.X before, is not carrying any Office 2004 either at this moment. What I heard is that it may has something to do some agreements between Apple and Microsoft.

Except midway down this page you'll see Microsoft Office v.X and 2004. Will wonders never cease 😱
