Is there a way to execute a script after a successful XCode build? If you are familiar with Visual Studio it would be equivalent to the Post-Build Event in VS.

Right-click on your project target in Xcode, choose Add > New Build Phase > New Run Script Build Phase. I don't know how you can tell it to only execute on success, but maybe if it's the last item in the build that would have the same effect.
