i have tryed 4 different computer with itunes on + 2 different cable , but i get unknown usb ...
how can i fix this?

if you truly think you have done everything there is to do, and have google your situation, I suggest calling Apple (its pretty easy to reach an actual human) or make an appointment at a genius bar. The amount of time you will waste just trying all these different solutions can be cut down greatly by just seeing what apple says.
